I drew the lineart for this a few months ago.
Scanned it, started coloring it, and I haven't had time to finish it.

I haven't even finished basic coloring

I'll probably work on some here and there until the summer, then finish it during summer.

though the nose looks a bit pixelated like staircases. I understand that it's zoomed in and would look pixelated, though imo, the nose looks like a pixel staircase =\

Her top, the part on the back, could be colored too, in case you had forgotten about it. =p

hmm i dont see the pixel staircase lol nose looks fine to me. you gots teh anatomy looking good since youre working on it ima just say good job so far and see what you come up with when its done. consider pentooling the lineart when you're finished with the rough draft to work out some of those lines.

hahh. I reuploaded it at 100%...to fix the pixelcase.

Yeah, I plan on cleaning up the lines as I go along in coloring.

um.. is it me or is the forehead and the top of the head a little too low/short? Generally eyes would lie centre from jaw base to top of skull right?

I think you're seeing the forehead as ending where the hair is. The hair is actually supposed to be whipping around her face/forehead area.
The forehead goes up above where that green mark is, where it actually curves backward.
